Innovative
Cooling System.
In 1989, Pace
extended the
limits and capabilities
of the underwater
lighting industry
when we invented
an innovative
cooling method
that allows
HMI fixtures
to work in diverse
and extreme
environments.
By controlling
temperature
using heat sink
fins and a Teflon
barrier, the
fixtures
electronics
and seals are
able to withstand
a 400° F
temperature
differential.
This breakthrough
makes it possible
for the PacePAR
1200 to go from
dry to wet environments
in many set
conditions.
An added benefit
of the design
is that, protected
from excessive
temperatures,
the fixtures
electronics
and seals last
longer.
